Tats rite! And also must look at ur setting too; u introduce alot of air also no point if pilot jet Kecik. Nanti moto tersekat2. Isn't tat correct bro wantongkol??? X)

 

Bro nosey wat u can do now is aft putting back on ur airbox, try to find an isolated place and rev2 ur bike till 1200rpm. Hear if got any "sekat2" sound ard 5.5 to 6k rpm. Then ride off and tell me...

 

Bro, sori to interupt... on top of the air box got dis plastic "corong" ( dont noe hw to discribe it ) rite? Is it advisable to open it up?

the plastic? u mean the rubber eh? if the rubber, i advice dont open it up. coz scared later u wash bike, den water flow in kena ur air filter den da another prob. if its not the rubber you mean, den paiseh.

jetting is found in the carb..we have 3 jets in the carb..pilot jet needle jet and main jet...but people usually jus change the pilot and main jet only..all the jets in the carb need to work accordingly in order for optimum performance...what is the size of ur pilot and main jet??n wat is ur piston size?

oh. so tu la jets dia. anyway piston size 0.25.

 

main and pilot last check with mech dia ckp stock punya, which is 210 mj and pj i forgot. correct or not?

the air filter is a thin layer of sponge (macam sponge cuci pinggan) but thinner and larger, and abit oily. to my knowledge ah, if wrong paiseh.

 

anyway syam if my airbox cover got holes why ar? previous owner got tebuk.. i now realise, actually long time but last time no one answer my qns.

Yup, dats the one... i did opened up so far takde pape... den my friend told me to put it back... takot air masok... now i put it back already... just left the filther which i had open up..... So amcam ar? The mech dat i always go say its ok to open up. But fikir2 klw hari hujan or cuci motor, suay2 air masok... lama2 carb rosak... But dis is wat i tot lah... so wat do u tink guys?

Thnx bro..its already da siap spray,bkan sticker,my fren kuarkan kt kdai thn get tiz coverset,bt dier tk suke,heran tk??hahaha.he chnge wit me thn dier anta spray my set..im lovin it!

syam, thanks for helping me out in the afternoon today..your setting da sui..i nvr got the time to go down to autobay and ask why so berat just now..i manage to reach 100km/h but must go quite the distance to reach 100..

yup my air filter like yours. from what i know, they tebok to gif more air. tu what my mech say la time bawak kr dulu.

try open up ur seat n tgk wheter the hidung babi da bukak lom..if it is already opened check wheter there is anything stuck inside which is restricting the air flow..once da check post here

Both front and rear tyres just changed Michelin at $180 for both super super new ! Well maintained and polished often . Top block gasket just cleaned ad decarbonized .
