Eg of a piston jam. Tis is due to my 1st experience wif high revving bike setting, local Thai piston, swee carb setting and trying to overtake a WRX on an up slope!

rxz memang ade rattling sound,rxz da ibarat kn rattle snake,lau rxz tkde bunyi kacang goreng ke rattle ke name nye bkn rxz..=)

tu laa. aku pon ingat normal. kwn aku yg ex-rider rxz ckp conrod loose.. paranoid aku jadi nye..

aku pon maseh noobie. beli motor pon kene ketok tk tao sngt nk tgk rxz in gd or bad condition. well, ape nk buat, da beli.. just take it as lesson loo.. experience confirm up 1 level..

n psl bunyi makin rabak,mane tau ko da decarbonise telinge ko,hearing ko improve,n tat might lead to u thinking that ur bike is making weird noises..hehe

 

 

ini part kelakar betul la.. hahaha.

 

Seize is wen ur piston grind sikit against ur combustion chamber walls, therefore got minor calar among those two. Frm my experience, u cn still start up ur bike although u will feel ur bike vibrates more and lack of power and strugglin(eg, max speed - 40km/h on ur last gear!). A change of new piston set and polishing of the chamber will fix tis...

 

Piston jam is a whole bigger case where if it happens while u were riding, ur rear wheel will lock! And u simply can't kick start ur bike! Ur piston will suffer MAJOR scratch marks, and frm my experience as well, ur piston rings will melt and become one wif ur piston! U'll need a new piston set and reboring if the scratches is visible. If not, polishing of the chamber wall will be fine. Not sure whether u gotta overhaul it anot? Depends on conditions I guess...

 

syam, but my motor last time also rear wheel lock, but can start. so seize je la kan? that time 2t pump spoil.. i sent for polishing but still no power ar. but as long can move point to point happy already la..

 

anyway check 2t pump working at right side of engine? but how to see if its flowing?

wancheng tu ape bro?haha,and aku beli machine 1.2k dari republic motor.kena ketuk abes,sal 2 weeks later aku ntah mcmne blh terserempak ngn previous owner abg tu blang dia jual 300 je.and dia yg blang aku frame penah patah sume.punye la sakit hati..haiyo.aku tinggal pat pasir ris bro..and korg pakar2 rxz aku tngk sume tinggal daerah west je..haha.
