wancheng tu ape bro?haha,and aku beli machine 1.2k dari republic motor.kena ketuk abes,sal 2 weeks later aku ntah mcmne blh terserempak ngn previous owner abg tu blang dia jual 300 je.and dia yg blang aku frame penah patah sume.punye la sakit hati..haiyo.aku tinggal pat pasir ris bro..and korg pakar2 rxz aku tngk sume tinggal daerah west je..haha.

pasir ris banyak moto/orang fierce2.. west side semuer relek2.

right side. ade tube from engine casing to carb. pull that, see if 2t drips from the tube.

 

its the tube that aku tunjuk kau hari tu aku amek meter eh? cos aku tarik masih takde 2t drip pon, tapi ada 2t dalam tube tu la. tapi aku taktau flowing ke tak, time dulu ada mcm bubble2 boleh nampak so tau flowing, tapi skg tube tu penuh je. but asap ada la, as long asap ada 2t masuk kan?

Seize is wen ur piston grind sikit against ur combustion chamber walls, therefore got minor calar among those two. Frm my experience, u cn still start up ur bike although u will feel ur bike vibrates more and lack of power and strugglin(eg, max speed - 40km/h on ur last gear!). A change of new piston set and polishing of the chamber will fix tis...

Eg of a piston seized. Tis is due to me whacking my bike till 12k rpm constantly for more than 3km! And all tis aft a long haul trip from Melaka wif my fully loaded Z!

 

Piston jam is a whole bigger case where if it happens while u were riding, ur rear wheel will lock! And u simply can't kick start ur bike! Ur piston will suffer MAJOR scratch marks, and frm my experience as well, ur piston rings will melt and become one wif ur piston! U'll need a new piston set and reboring if the scratches is visible. If not, polishing of the chamber wall will be fine. Not sure whether u gotta overhaul it anot? Depends on conditions I guess...

Eg of a piston jam. Tis is due to my 1st experience wif high revving bike setting, local Thai piston, swee carb setting and trying to overtake a WRX on an up slope!

 

Similarity among those two is, all of tis will happen due to no 2t/too lil fuel intake, modification of ur block/pipe wif improper setting. And sometimes due to local piston being...

yup. at the side. u try pull, tgk got 2t dropping not, if yes, den okay. if want to be more cautious, put a lil bit of 2t inside ur tank.

guys , i want to ask . when i start my bike, bunyi motor bising as if cam throttle ngah bukak but then aku tk bukak pon . asl eh??
