Dismantle your carb, loosen the nut on yur carb intake manifold and take the manifold out. You will find the reed valve there...and you can check it.

my inspection is on 4th may.. still long. cume skrang tgh rilek2 overhaul so ingat nk skali harung je.. ermm block possible with budget $100-$200?

Block u can try checking it out at tractor road scrapyard. Price quite affordable. Last year i bought a 0.25 size block at $100 but its y4. Btw learn how to look out for original and local block.

I belive for ur bike it should be the reedvalve. Those carbon reedvalve tat most of us like to use wear and tear easier cos of its material. This thing ever happened to a fellow forumer adiesufyan bike last 2 year. He cant start his bike. But again theres alot of factors to consider if ur bike cant start. Firstly check if ur petrol supply area is not choked. Open up ur carb to see if anything stucked in the mainjet. At the same time wash ur carb as well since u open it up. Next check in between ur top block and block to find for any leekage. If there is it might be ur gasket broke or the threading of one of the 4 tiang at the top block give way, usually this will give u a rattling sound when u ride above certain rpm. Next spark plug. Then lastly u can consider its the reedvalve.

The best is still carbon fibre type. But u will have to always get it checked cos this material is very light but not very durable. Usually mine will have chips or crack on it after afew months.

i need adivse. moto aku kdg2 otr sendat2. currently my block n carb standard. pin original standard main jet dat besar ckit jus to make sure minyak masok btol. is e problem ngn airflow ke minyak flow ke cos skrg pipe internal. isit cos of e non-standard pipe?
