Used this same model pelican on my previous bike.... One hell of a sturdy panniers. Saved me and my bike from a nasty skid at Betong. And the pelican only had some scratches which was easily sanded down and looked like new.

Well..... Pelican cases primary intent is hard cases for storing equipment from military weapons to cameras. They are hence made extra though and completely waterproof (and stays waterproof with Calibou mounts). This inevitably was noticed by motorcyclists who used them as luggage cases and was so successful that Calibou actually started to manufacture mountings and locks for the Pelican for motorcycle use. There are also other brands of hard cases but the Pelican is still pretty much the favorite.

No wonder. Btw I've claimed my second HnB Xplorer from HnB Germany recently. Can't eve liver they're charging so much for such poor quality. Only on the second one that they've changed design.
