i heard this story from a friend.

 

a group of friends went for an outing at a chalet. halfway through the day's activities, it began to rain heavily. the skies were so dark it made day seem like night. A and B ran into the chalet with drenched clothes and saw C reading a book. A and B then proceeded to go up to the second level to play cards with D and E. while A, B, D and E were gambling away their red packet money, nobody bothered about C. the rain continued with rain that poured and thunder that shook the foundations of the chalet. while the group of friends were gambling, they noticed that B kept on winning. E shouted loudly at B and told him to stop cheating. A sided with B while D remained neutral on the issue. Soon after, B started to lose and everyone stopped suspecting him of cheating. just as they were about to place their bets again, lightning struck and the lights went out. everyone got up and started to panic. they pulled open the curtains but the skies were still covered with dense dark clouds. A suggested they light candles while E started to cry because she was really afraid. B and D were still rummaging among their luggage for candles when A found a torchlight. A switched on the torchlight but discovered that the batteries were missing so they started to look for batteries instead. amidst all the confusion with E crying softly, the door suddenly slammed open. F and G came in and asked everone what the f*ck was going on. B told them there was a blackout and they soon found some candles. A lighted the candles while D told E to stop crying. everyone settled down but G began to worry. he asked where C was and everyone looked at each other. nobody knew where C was until B remembered that C was reading a book downstairs. D bolted for the door with the rest of them and rushed down to make sure C was ok. to their amazement, the lights were on downstairs and C was lying on the sofa reading her book. everyone heaved a sigh of relief and F asked C what she was reading. C said she was reading some stupid boring story about a couple of idiots with alphabets for names who were caught indoors because it was raining heavily outside.

ya ii live toa payoh, ii got go last time, but now my fren all say v siian dun wan go so ii nvr go lerhs. yesterday suppose tu go, but they all say same thing, say very siian so in the end nvr go agian

After my 'O' lvl, i went to work P/T @ a huge furniture mall located @ Alexandra.(u guys should know which 1) i work in e plant's dept n somethimes i need to go to go to e warehouse @ lvl 5 to replenish some pots... b4 i ever went up to e warehouse, my frens have told me some stories regarding e warehouse. 1 was abt a security guard doin nite rounds @ e warehouse...

 

At dat time, e warehouse will be close after 10pm... no one can acess up there only e guards n e warehouse manager... so tis old malay guy went to do his roundings as per normal... when he was abt to leave, iat e corner of his eyes he caught a glimpse of a foot... sensing dat there might be a intruder, he give chase.... wat he never would expect when he turn in to see who's there was to see something standing right in front of him... It happened @ e area where my dept had stored all e stocks... he freaked out! ran all e way down to e security rm n stoned... his frens asked him wat happened n he slowly recall everything to them... his frens did went up to check but found nothing... dat poor guy went home n was MC 3 days... on e 4th day, his frens received a call from e guy's family sayin dat he has passed away... his family said dat he has been having nightmares n he could see something following him... he couldn't accept e things going ard him n he collapsed @ home...

 

After hearing this, i dare not go up e warehouse to replenish stocks during in e evening... its creepy... very creepy as its @ a corner of e warehouse n e lightings often flickers...

 

n e best part, tis incident happened to me as well... it was an afternoon when i needed to get some pots... armed wif my pallet jack, i went up alone... it was lunch time n e warehouse personnel were out for lunch... so i was all alone, feeling creepy everytime e story came to my mind... hoping to get my things done asap, i quickly grab watever i need n head downstairs... while i was grabbing my stuff from another side, i cuaght a glimpse of a pair of shoes!!! WTF!!! my heart froze... i swear to god my balls r @ my throat, anytime they could pop out... i didn't move... dun dare to move... after a few moments, i gather all my courage n look at e shoes.. I saw it!!! it was right in front of me!!! i thot to myself can't be so suay 1 rite? i wanted to run but i realise something... 'it' actually follows my feet movements!!! then i hav a closer look... NB!!! after all e shocks, its actuallye mirror reflections... there was a broken piece of mirror leaning on e shelf which i fail to notice... stupid me... i quickly swallow my balls, grabbed my stuffs n leave... i told my frens wat happened n they had a gd time laughing @ me...

This one i know. Work there many yrs liao. Especially the far end corner at lvl 5 where the toilet located. Many strange things happen at that corner, especially the toilet. The girl’s toilet is always locked coz cleaner lazy to clean and there is no lady staffs working at lvl 5 except 2 or 3 warehouse guys. We guys used to take 5 and smoke outside the toilet. We will use the dustbin to block at the gents toilet door to keep it open at all times. Stories started from there...........

 

Case 1 - security guard going his round after store closed. So far so good till he went to check the gent’s toilet. The moment he came out, the door just slammed by itself. As mentioned earlier, the door was blocked by a dustbin... Dunno how the guard crawls down to ground level. Coz the cargo lift will open and close slowly. Heard that poor guy resign on the spot.

 

Case 2 - One morning, there were only myself and another colleague of mine working at level 5. Suddenly, he came to me and asked whether I use the girl’s toilet or not. I said siao ah, the toilet is locked all the time, how to go in? Why? He told me that while he was doing his business, he can hear very clearly that someone had flashed in the girl’s toilet and press on the water tap a few times. As the gent toilet is very quiet, he is very sure that the sound came from the ladies coz it sound so distance. OMG!!!!! Happened in the broad daylight!!!! I'm totally convinced that place is haunted when my superior who always uses that toilet told me that he encountered the same thing like my colleague a few days later. From then on, I never use that toilet liao, my sh*t to scare to come out also.

 

Case 3 - One Malay guy went up late night before store closed to pick up some furniture for customer self collection. While he was in the bin location, someone from the other side of the racking keeps calling his name..Omarrrrr....Omarrrrrrr....Omarrrr......... He knew what happened and quickly picked his things and faster went to press the lift button. As he mentioned, the lift took ages to come up. He just prays hard that the thing will not stand behind him or follow him into the lift. When his story was told, some of the warehouse guy either refuse or need company to go up there at night.

 

Will tell another one that happened to me years ago at pasir ris park playground........
