I still using stock tyres, about a year already.

I have to say that they suck awfully in wet weather.

Must always remember tt cannot brake too hard. :sian:

Fishtailed more times than i can count, going to change tyres soon - just need to find the time.

I just want to say that, pls dont save the 160bucks for better tyre. We r 2 wheelers, not 4 wheelers.

If not enough cash, at least change the rear tyre.

Ask ur friend to meet me, and guess my bike... wkwwkwk

I have repsol-word-bike also... but most people mistakenly as Secondary Student.. sigh..

Once upon a time, I covered my bike, but I only wore shorts and T shirt...

Then my neighbor asked me whether the bike is my father's bike or not..

if my memory serves me well, should be $100 +/- 20 for both sides.

Oh, thanks for the info. Is it the fairing where the Repsol words lie only? Or the full fairing including the fairing below ( the fairing below Repsol word fairing)?

maybe can consider re-sticker it ( I mean paste a new Repsol sticker)

i agree with david abt the safety concerned with tyres. they are the only things that keep us in contact with the road surface, with no other metals covering us.

I went 2 year plus with the stock tyres (until selling it now).. I have to say, it was responsible for my first fall. Wet weather, rear braked too hard before turning in to SPGG and hit the gate. But after that, I learnt my lesson of not rear braking hard during wet weather and I've had no other problems with it. My other accidents were not the tyres' fault..

they kinda suck in dry weather too actually. really dont know why manufacturers fitted them with those crappy tyres.

should be the middle piece. look at don's pic to know more.

Wa that's damn suay lah...... Biking u never know what going to happen on the road and accident (no matter how preventable) is part and parcel of riding bike...

In the meantime inform your insurance company and send the photos and claim the **** out of that guy who bang u... bike and medical expenses.

Eh.. It's not that bad lah.. I still went 2 years after that with no accident that is the fault of the tyres. Why you all make it out to be such a useless tyre?

Anyway.. Bike won't be with me anymore.. Switching to 4-wheels.. Collecting car tmr morning, then selling off my bike at noon..
