Tax per unopen pack would cost around $17 per pack.

Fine per pack would be $50(Admin fees) + 1 unopen packet($50)..

 

In short, if you buy in 2 pack..1 open and another additional pack..They will fine u $107++(Inclusive of GST) for the additional pack.

 

If you are caught with 2 extra pack, it would be another $50(Haven add in GST) more and so on for every additional pack thereafter..

 

All this was given to me by the custom officer when i was caught recently..

I understand your pains. Last time I also kena. My other friends were afraid to tell me at first. In the end I found out myself first. that this guy went to spread lies about me in order to get a girl which I was also interested in. But they explained to me what that guy actually did. And its not the first time and I wasn't the first one he did that to. I was blind enough to call him my friend all those while.

 

Then another guy framed me up by telling others things I never did. I didnt believe he framed me up and even made excuses to my other friends that they mistaken. Regardless what they said and told me that its so obvious. One of them told me don't think that you treat all pple good, all pple will treat you back as good, thats being naive.

 

And both these 2 cases were SBF pple. That was why I steered clear from SBF for 1yr+ But after that 1yr+, a friend told me that there are kind and rubbish pple in SBF just like SAF. Just take it easy. Stick to those who're kind and avoid the rubbish pple and you'll have a better life. And it really jolted me up. I earned business in SBF with my works and got to know some good friends around. Many even started out as customers which ended up as friends.

 

My advise: take it easy. Now you know the kinda pple he is before he goes futher by backstabbing you or frame you up in front of the police or judge with serious consequences.

i assume the owner of that bike is u too rite??

is better to inform him if u wanna cancel the insurance..

first time get caught is 50 have not plus gst

second time is 100 per pkt

When i read thru, confirm $50 is for admin fees and another $50 is for the fine..

 

And for the tax, $10 is admin fees and $7+ is the actual tax..
