For a slip-on a titanium link pipe does not offer a whole lot of value for the money- save that cash and get a better MC, rotors, pads, or a PowerCommander. Or buy a lightwieght battery which will lose more weight than a Ti link pipe. Also, any slip-on is going to be limited by the catalytic converter- so unless you're getting a full-system most brands are about equal in terms of any power gains.

Col - i agree with u.. that few gram on the pipe dont really make much different but the price average is abt 200 on an akra. For wat i know arrow offer the same price for TS / SS link pipe. Well to ask wat is a good slip on pipe system for our bike model. Since now so many pipe are out in the market and the price range is abt the same.

anyway can i side track abit...

 

recently planning to change gloves looking at long gloves due to safety reason and also helps to cover during rainy day. Sometime i go touring also good but i know is about useless in sg.

Wat u mention in the above paragraph is so very true. But its more for those who really track or joining races.

Anyone keen for 1 day trip to malacca on 6Feb, morning go evening back.

I am so dying to go for touring.

hey apish... i know 1 bike shop (well known) which sell arrow slip on 'Indy Race' carbon end cap is going at a reasonable cheap price. I am not promotion la if u r keen let me know. Maybe not the cheapest but is cheaper then some xxxx shop that i ask

maybe u can ask diy how much. if can save 50 - 150 y not diy? fairly simple to fix.

after comparing i still think that go uq motor is the cheapest for arrow or akra cause both prices list in the forum are include of installation. Where those other 2 places i ask is without installation. Price different from range from 50-150 for A shop without installation.

 

That have to depend on whether u trust the workmanship or not....

 

After so long, i finally realise that payin a llittle more with better workmanship is much more worth it....

 

I got a little bad experience.... But i dunno whether its from that shop that i went.... Next time meet up than tell u all.... Not convenient to say out in here...

For a slip-on you should be able to DIY pretty easily + you don't have to go back to the shop to collect your OEM exhaust, presuming you want it.
