Hi C14 riders out there

 

I was wondering what are the accessories that you had put on your bikes?

 

My wind screen, 5mm thick and smoked tinted is from France, Bullster, the sister company of Bagster.

My GTR tank bra and bag is also from France, Bagster.

 

Tank decal is from Kawa France stock, as well as my apparels.

 

Corbin seat custom made for concours 14 from California.

 

I know nothing is available in Singapore, even the Kawa agent Evershine told me no accessories in Singapore as market is too small.

But i d like to know what is available in Malaysia in terms of Kawa accessories and where to get them.

hello riders...

thinkin of gettin a GTR14. But had been recently hearing about gear or shaft issues with the bike. How bad is it? How is the service and parts support for the bike here? any reliable shops besides the agent in handling this mean machine? Ur advice kindly appreciated guys.

 

problem with this bike??? think the only problem i have now is with the rider...

and wrt to the parts and stuff, i tink kaozie have a contact w one of the online shops for more exclusive items.. and for the filters and such, we do have KL runs to their shops to replenlish, there are many C14s over there..

so i assume spares are not a big issue, i also had tt fear when i got the bike.. but now i`m much more confortable with the supply level...

 

and for the shop, i tink looi`s and evershine have gd mechs for the bike as i tink there`re quite a number of C14s that came out from the shops, not to mention the bikeshop i got mine from..

i reckon there are abt 20+ C14s now at least????

 

the ride to KL also gives us a chance to tour!

muahaha.. afterall it`s a Grand ToureR u know?

No problems will try to meet up when I get hold of my C14. Now I'm bascially waiting for the COE bidding which is on the 7th and give and take another 3-4 days for registration. I think I should get my bike on the 3rd week of March.

Oh man what was I thinking? March..... Must be thinking of thinking of another cross border trip. If nothing goes wrong I should be collecting on the 3rd week of Jan. Usually Mr Lee is very "zhun" one, so far he have not disappoint me.

unfortanately i'm still repairing my zx11. it's an old bike which i bought cheap so i could diy it. it's running now but there's more to do; carb balancing, middle pipe leak, maybe top and bottom overhaul, body works etc. i hope to complete the project before CNY so i could ride it up to pahang.

 

i have 3 frens who own at least 1 zx11 each and i'll inform them about this outing.

 

p.s. anyone has zx11 spare parts please let me know.

You need not worry too much about the C14. What you need to worry now is not riding enough of it....

 

I've already had a super long ride in mind at the end of the year. Most likely to be 3-4 weeks ride up north.

Got it at $31500 on the road. Maybe more expensive than other bike shops. One thing about Looi's motor they on the road means the selling price no hidden cost like some bike shops. On one hand tells you this price but when collect bike tells you must pay gst, admin charges & more crap.

Yea, Loois motor gave me an OTR price, and didn't change it one cent when the COE turned out much higher than expected.

 

They wouldn't want to risk their reputation over afew dollars.

 

Any of you guys know where to get Airhawk seat covers? I'm sadly not blessed with an iron butt, get butt burn long before the mind gets tired.
