I ride a ZX14.

 

Fri nights are good... Sat and Sun more for family day... And yes, after 10pm is a good time for 2nd link. I know of a nice place besides the nasi lemak and dim sum tt has got satay also...

It looks like the most common day is Saturday, for me too Saturday is for family but once in a while no problem to do a ride.

And these Kawa rides are too rare to pass on!

 

So let's plan the Kulai dinner ride, we will decide what kind of food as apparently there are plenty of choices.

 

When: Saturday January 17th

Time: 10pm

Got it at $31500 on the road. Maybe more expensive than other bike shops. One thing about Looi's motor they on the road means the selling price no hidden cost like some bike shops. On one hand tells you this price but when collect bike tells you must pay gst, admin charges & more crap.

 

Yea, Loois motor gave me an OTR price, and didn't change it one cent when the COE turned out much higher than expected.

 

They wouldn't want to risk their reputation over afew dollars.

 

Any of you guys know where to get Airhawk seat covers? I'm sadly not blessed with an iron butt, get butt burn long before the mind gets tired.

 

oh yeah.. i do like how Mr. Lee does his business.. In fact, i bought my last 2 bikes at Loois and i think my next bike will be from him too.. Furthermore, i like his giro options.. The deducting day is just a day after my payday.. no hassle to go bike shop to pay the installments and 10 days later, the receipt will be in my mailbox... so convinient..

recalled chassis are only the ones imported to the US, the point here, is regardless of the chassis number all bikes are made in Japan. So the assimilation is that ours could have the same problems, but there are no recalls in Europe...

Now we know the kind of support the agent has no wonder the Kawasaki population is limited. Look at Malaysia their support is tremendous. Within 6 months of release Kawasaki become the top sales around.

Got my bike out while riding feels very hot.

 

One question when I park my bike the fan will kick in. Was wondering to let the fan run until it stops cos it takes like ages to stop or just off the bike and let it cool down naturally.......

Do not let the fan run without the engine running, it will just drain the battery.

 

WIthout the engine running, the coolant doesn't circulate, so all the fan is doing is cooling the water in the radiator.

Thanks nEO for clearing my doubt. No wonder when I let the fan run the temperature just shoot up to max. Cos I asked my mates they told me to keep it running with the engine off to cool off. The next time I'll just turn off the engine and let it cool naturally.

Rear Brake pedal recall

 

Summary: Trapped road debris may interfere with free movement of the rear brake pedal, preventing full release of the rear brake which can lead to overheating damage and possible brake failure.

 

Any details on how & which part of the brake pedal that road debris might be trapped?
