Because if one were to extend coe now, it will cost one between 4.2 - 4.5 at today's prices. Thats what i meant in the post.

 

Its the same phenomenon with resale cars.

Prices increase as coes cost more.

 

I took the initiative to extend the coe earlier in jan to avoid the imminent spike in coe prices, saving myself and any potential buyers a huge bundle.

For the record, i never said pqp was 4.5k.

 

But if u think the original post is misleading, which with ur feedback i agree it can be, i have edited the post.
