Visor Visibility - Test on the spot or not?

anyone here know pillion can wear tinted visor?

i kena stopped b4...he checked my visor with the meter...but tink tt day my lucky day...

 

he juz say warning.but still got record...if not $50 fine...

 

den you sibei heng liao..tat when i got caught i kena $50 fine without any warning... den i talk to the ROV nicely but still kena slap a $50 fine onto my face... haizzz...

bro by law even pillion also cannot wear leh...why??not sure but im very sure even u wear clear and pillion is tinted they can also issue summon, but up to them to decide lah....

Maybe bro but from wat i get to know from my frenz who is working in TP dept that they will not catch those pillion with tinted visor. I am also very sure about this..
