95km/h at 6k rpm?

Wa. ur mileage so good... i go 5-6 nvr open vtec that much also 290plus hit reserve liao... u 100KM more than mine wor.. stock or u gotta those fuel saver thingy installed?

 

bro rocky i ride at 6000 rpm - 100km/h also the same as u around 280+/290+ hit reserved.. but bro jfor ride at 5400 rpm - 85km/h thts safe cost.. n if i'm not wrong if u ride below 6000 rpm ur batt will get weakened n hv trouble with the starting of ur s4... i'm i right

ppl say rpm will differ but i don see any. instead consumption goes up cos pick up need to open more.

i guess u need to take a closer look once more since u using original size sprockets.

i dunno the charging rpm for s4 but wouldnt be at 6k for sure. it will be lower.

If i cant c my meter clearly when i drive, then i wouldnt hv passed TP anyway. Cos i would practically b riding blind.

 

Anyway, 4 ur info.. I found out 6K RPM - 100Km/h iznt uncommon. It all depends on hw u 'tune' ur carbulator. 4 those who hit 100km/h, u will notice that ur mileage just when u hit reserve, iz less than 300km if u drive normally n dun open vtec. 4 those who only manage 95Km/h, itz ez 2 hit 330km easily... *This tuning configuration iz achieved on stock parts, no change spockets or exhaust pipe or modify engine.

most prop the size or ur spocket is different..like bicycle..got different gear & spocket..so can't compare unless u r using a stock 1

errm.. tuning carb don't affect ur rpm ... ur rpm still stay where it is...

tuning carb only improve bike respond and stuff...

so a good tune bike eg,

going at 100km/h at 5 sec with rpm 6k

while a weak bike eg,

going at 100km/h at 7 sec with rpm 6k.

ghost04, wad is ur speed at 7k 8k 9k 10k? when u clear meter, ur rpm should be lower due to ur down size rear.

my rpm only 11,000rpm at 6th gear

 

so i think got potential to hit 220km/h if i can afford a full system

ur sprocket size is original? i guess 230km/h is the highest.

Hi guys,is S4 speedosensor located in the gearbox like cars do?..If it is i dont think by changing the rear sproket you can get a likely accurate reading...Hmm???
