Hi guys, I am interested to buy a CB750. However I have concerns as owner owns it for 12 years. I'm just scared that the bike will break down once I buy over. I saw the bike, the engine is clean and all the idling is a bit low maybe needs some tuning up. This guy practically lets hai bike seat at the carpark. He recently went for inspection and passed. Should I be concerned about any parts break down? Will it cost too much?

hi evil_educator, if he owns the bike for 12yrs, high chance the owner will know the bike inside out... n thats if he take care of the bike..

idling low will depends on the bike condition, if its running ard 800k rpm when warm up then it shld be quite ok...

as for the maintenance of the bike, its pretty reasonable if u have a reliable mech... n without the hassle of a radiator... parts wise, i would say its still easily available in the market...

hi narcx, it's not gonna be easy getting a cb1300 or cb1300sa on the market... even if there is, it will be snap up pretty fast if the price is reasonable...

 

try carousel, seen a few there but it's always gone within a few days...

Hi guys, just de-kitted my Hepco Becker rear box & panniers rack for the CB750 (RC42) and it is currently up for sale. All its missing is 2 washers (8.4 x 30mm) and 2 bolts (M10 x 60 flanged), easily available at most bike shops.
