You should take everything you read on the internet with a grain of salt. Anyone can claim they own private properties or landed properties fully paid off by their own hard work. Some people are telling the truth, but most people are just bullshitting.

 

Some people can indeed pay off their landed properties if they had bought a cheap one long ago before the market boomed, but that's more due to lucky timing.

Out of my 19 2nd hand bikes, only 2 are lemon. Most of them are in good condition. Rule of thumb buy in cold hard cash with direct seller. Sometimes even after riding 1-2 years I still make a small profit by selling it off. All my bikes are well maintained. In this case, no one will buy 4D lo, coz the chances of winning are so low.

Anyway jokes aside, if you dont have cash and join in the fun. The COE can only get higher.

This bidding exercise is the last before COE supply is expanded in the next quarter. During the August to October period, 21,845 COEs will be available, up from this quarter's 19,912. However, the monthly number of COEs for Goods Vehicles and Buses will be halved to 364 from 736 in the previous quarter.

there might be correction and bounce but I'm confident it will generally be a downward trend till the next COE supply review. So i'm saying by around Oct, it shud hover around 5kish.

It has already gone down by almost $500 since April and increase COE supply is coming in fm next month.
