Hi bros... Juz a wanna ask.. Whether things like changing chain/sprockets, clutch plates, magnectic coil,eo etc...can we diy instead?? Izzit lots of hassle?? Coz tout of doin myself since abit tight in finance but yet want to maintain my bike..thnx in advance

anyone removed their carburator before ? is it easy to remove ?

i've just bought the cam chain tensioner. suspect the tensioner is gone.. but the tensioner seemed to be hard to reach. may need to remove carbs.

i have experiences with monkey bikes...splited the crankcase, replace the heads, pistons...blah blah..

just a someone who have done the removal of carb from a super4 to provide feedback on whether it is easy to remove or what to take note of when doing so...

U guys should really try ezzy oiler man. Longer lifespan for your chain and quiter ride also. Cheaper then scott oiler too. Cause its local product.

Its around 50 bucks bro. He have many types of oiler. Depends on what design u like. Single tip. Twin tip or auto (electric type) .

 

Oil will be 2T oil. Rougly the same velocity as scottoiler. 4T oil also can. But will be very thick. maybe u can ask him in person better. Haha. More knowledgeable then me.

I must thank you for fitting it on my new bike. IMHO its better than my scottoiler fitted on my last bike bcause I can controll the oil drip manually.

i remove my headlight, then unscrew the nuts that secure the meters, from the back, then the front two nuts, there should be 4 or 5 screws behind, by then should be loose, slowly pull the cover away, next use a small screwdriver, slowly [jack] the needles out, takeout the plates, you will see the internal, sliced the wire that the bulb located ,tap the wire to a led lights of your choice, paste it either behind the plate or front, up to you.... if too much haste, give it to workshop to do.... by the way, i did mine myself....cool blue led....

I just installed the KOSO volt meter connected to the ignition and it reads 11.1v.. start bike and throttle to 5k rpm it reads 12v only..

Is the charging weak or the battery about to mati?

 

I did not connect any charger/ fog light or anything accessories.

Anyone have HISS issue? Engine able to start but HISS still activated and no electric except headlight.

air box

 

Then finally remove carb
