Seems complicated to me the first time, but after I DIY its actually very easy. The tools I mentioned make it more easier instead of using manual strenth and brute force which I see some bike shops are doing.

 

Somemore they just use a hammer and anyhow whack.

I'm interested in the DIY session but if its on a weekend, let's say Sats, then that will be best especially after we fix bike liao can meet in the evening to go makan, even can go JB top up and eat shiok shiok.

Those who wish to fix neon can also meet at the MSC at LAB. I know how to fix and can get all the parts around that area.

 

Remember the Super 4 you guys saw at JB petrol kiosk at the 2nd link? That's my bike.. HeeHee

 

Colours are blue, green, yellow, red. All parts included will cost around below $50.

Takes me around 30 mins to fix one.

 

End results is you'll have neon on the rear tyre as well as inside the engine. Cool rite?

Can we have something like who knows to DIY wat in this forum. That way those who come down will not go back empty handed.

 

Let me start first:

 

Edward - Neon lights, brakes pad changing, brakes bleeding, dropping of fork, changing of plugs, oil, filters, fixing of suspension riser, adjusting of chain,fixing of headlight switch, wiring of signal for rear signal to light up like the front.

i'm also working that day =.=

 

that time i change eo and oil filter put 3 litres only.. now when changing gear esp at 5th gear going 6th, will always go back 5th gear or some sort of "neutral" where by i throttle got funny sound, must kick again... is it becoz i nv put enuff eo?

guys i was approached by a shop said to be few units down from seng kwang... they offer to let us have the diy session there... we can use their tools, dispose offf our old EO there and stuff... basically the facilities are for us to use...

 

on the other hand, we are encouraged to support their products and right now they are offering a maintainence package for S4 only.

 

they are selling unil opal EO which i heard is pretty good but i'm not too sure lah...

 

something like 4btl oil + oil filter + spark plugs for about $80+

 

guys i need your opinion...

 

if u guys want, maybe i will try to ask for a "private time slot" for only ppl from the DIY session den the whole shop is ours...
