hi guys...

how is it like take ACCA level 1??

is it tough?

was thinking to take the level 1 with studying a bachelor!

what is the advise?

was think to take just 2 paper!

2 papers shldnt be a problem for level 1. I have a colleague who took 3 at one shot and did fine. It would help more if u have some prior accounting experience.

level 2 will be harder and need more commitment

quite hard to study degree with acca, unless everyday u do nothing but to study

commitment is quite high.

i was doing a sim course with acca concurrently, but decided to drop sim since it's much more expensive and of less prestige compared to acca.

i had 7modules altogether, had a hard time coping, but it still can be done coz everyday i do nothing but to study, almost had no life at that point of time.

 

my advise to u is, if u r taking a degree course now, take less modules on acca

but if u think u got extra capacity, then by all means, go fulfill ur dream and do as much as u can

Were u taking RMIT accounting degree? Alot of my poly friends went there too... actually i did think of dropping ACCA for RMIT once but i dropped that idea since!! :sweat:

Yeah I will! Thank u ! You know sometimes i wish i could resign from my stupid + no future job and go do my acca full time. Now I realise what a luxury it is to study full time! :sian:

was thinking if anyone kind souls could pass me 2.1 notes. stupidly paid for 1.1-2.1 exams when i am only taking 1.1-1.3 :sweat:

btw, im taking the modules a ftc starhub. would really appreciate it if anyone could help out =)
