i knew my 1st qn for 2.5 was a mess.... u just confirmed it for me... i knew something was wrong when i had a negative goodwill.....die lah sure repeat... think i dont wanna take 3.1 in january liao... wait till results come out...

 

i see 10 marks on theory for Cash flow i dare not even try... go and try the discontinued operations one... that one i suspect also full of rubbish... hell i m in trouble!!

 

Anyone took 3.1 yet? Is it similar to 2.6 ? Can shed some light coz if its similar i wanna take both together?

hi guys can anyone advise me to go to SIM RMIT in accountancy or ACCA?

dam confused!if i am not wrong if i go RMIT after i complete i am so called a prodation cpa after i work in aus for 3 year and with a mentor then i can be a cpa of aus.

but if i wan to work in singapore i need to take another 5 paper then i can be a prodation cpa of singapore?

is it true?

but i choose acca over sim coz it's so much cheaper(assuming u pass most of it in 1 attempt)

but i was told that ACCA is dam hard pass by my girlfriend bro in law..

if i am not wrong chances of passes is very low..

I'll give u an example...for financial accounting...theres 40 international accounting standards which you need to know...and more than likely...only 30% of it will come out in 4 questions.

wat i am afraid is go acca then fail get nothing out of it.

my girlfriend bro in law does not encourage me go take acca cause it dam hard.

that was partly why i chose acca also!

and the other was SIM is too close to my house and i would reach SIM even b4 my bike warmed up.
