Anyone completed their ACCA? May I know after you've completed, does the cert show your marks and number of attempts on each of the modules you took?

which teacher u taking?

 

I dun see alot of bikers taking acca it seem. But thk its not reflected in the cert. Most ppl fail at least one..my fren told me F8 audit is the killer...

 

What bike you riding?

I took Mr Goh Sher Wee last sem, but self-studying for this semester. Haven't enrolled for the upcoming one though.

 

Found out that the cert wouldn't show your results but there will be a transcript. ****! Plan to take audit for the Dec 2010 exams cos' its my best subject in Poly :cheeky: Now have to reconsider...

 

Sold off my S4 so I'm currently not riding... What about you? How many papers have you cleared so far?

I took Ms Lee xxxx class that time for F6. I forgot her full name =p

 

Your exam over? Mine just finished today. Cant finish!!! And also what the qns asking for...Now enrol I think no more early bird discount already...take F8 with me mah...keke.

 

I also just sold off my S4 in April. Now riding street triple and the bike is so hot! Now dun dare to wear shorts to ride...

 

Just took F7. Passed 6 so far... U started ACCA which year?

Yeap over, only took 1 paper this sem... I'm thinking of taking F8 too but seems like there isn't any weekend classes offered. :(

 

Currently still stuck in army so can't take weekday classes. Just started ACCA last year only. Wow you're halfway there already! How long have you been taking it?

gonna revive this thread for new or current students of SAA-GE.. i'm gonna start my UOL degree nxt Mon.. hope to see fellow bikers.. ;D

 

any1 care to advise where to park? i only know 1 Raffles Quay ($1.10) n e alley behind 6 Raffles Quay (FOC; told by security guard)..

why SIM? SAA is nearer to my house though. e travelling journey is the attracting point for me. LOL. save on petrol.

Hey guys. Not trying to gold dig the thread out. But i seriously need advice from u all.

I currently still in NS and will be ording in sept. I intend to take ACCA as my career path. But i only have Dip in Business, which is totally irrelevant.

 

I saw some of you saying about SAA. If im not wrong, is a tuition centre? Correct me if im wrong.

 

Assuming i having tuition there, the no. of modules is chosen by me?

 

Then how do i take the exam for ACCA? is it taken at SAA also?

 

Kinda confused here. Would be glad that someone could help me:cheeky:

SAA is one of the training schools to prep you for ACCA.

 

No. of modules to clear the whole ACCA is 14, unless you have exemption. You can choose what you wanna take for a maximum of 4 modules per half year.

 

Exam for ACCA is governed by ACCA itself, and is not linked anyway to SAA. That you have to register yourself into the exams and they are usually held in expo.

I started ACCA in yr 2007, still not completed level 2, thingking to quit job to be a full time student to complete level 3. Isn't a risk ? going 40's..wanna go ahead or forget it ?
