i got a junior who's damn on for goalie back in sec sch.. duno if i can engage him to play for us.. but i must be playing tt day.. sad thing is i need to fully recover my ankle 1st. then need to get back into shape..

gd if you can bring him over.How long does a man's ankle take to recover ? 1 month? a year?

 

cannot.. that day i went to play at the field below jB's block already buang.. cannot take another hit.. if not PES C liao..

just take a few more hits lo, more injuries you get, the stronger you'll become never said better at playing ar.

 

i tried using my court shoes for field that day.. cannot sia..

it takes about 3-4 weeks to so-called recover from it, but it'll come back if kena hit again.

go read up. it's always good to read up about injuries and how to do physiotherapy urself at home. so That you can recover safely and fast.
