Shouldn't be a problem at all. If the part is exposed, it surely must be fine to rain/or shine. Water wont go in, similarly like a stock pipe.

How's the sound...shiok

Anyone can help me, how much does a second hand yoshi full system tri-oval firespec cost?

Cheers

how much are the headers?

is there a lot of difference in terms of price and performance?

Think Yoshi ss headers cannot be bought separately in sg except 2nd handed. You can try bike shops selling aftermarket as headers. Performance wise no comments. Maybe others can comment on this

I dont suggest u wrapping your headers with the thermal wraps. Yes you wont feel the heat outside much but the heat will be trapped inside and overheating can occur.

There's been a debate on this. Some says that they're top end is superb while their bike is not responsive at low RPMs.. Some claimed pick up is marvellous but no top end. This all depends on the existing conditions of your bike. Your carb settings, sprocket size, air filter, etc.

There's nothing much you can do actually unless you change to stainless steel or titanium headers. I would suggest spraying back your headers with temp resistance spray (This will still deteriorate but will last longer than normal spray) and get your cooling system done up. Make sure your coolant is sufficient and theres no restriction in coolant flow. Check whether your radiator is blocked. Constantly check engine oil level. Level too low will cause the bike to heat up very fast. Basically, just make sure the bike doesnt overheat too much. You can sustain the spray for quite sometime before it begins to peel off. I hope this helps.

If you managed to remove and put back, do pm me. Very curious how it can be done

the yoshis on fz6 and gsr have removable baffles.
