for what i understand from my fren..Police dun emphasize much of running. Jumping jack and push up alot..so train on that. PTI very hiong de. if they *come red* hongkan liao..

 

my fren is a FI in tracom nw,he told me they run & swim alot too,so have to depends who is ur FI
