Enlisting NS wit SPF

i am planning to cut my hair first too,at least can get use to it for a few days

 

Funny thing is.. Even though you have cut botak, they will still make you pay $2 for the barbers to "shave" through your head again. This was what happened to my squad when I enlisted into Old Police Academy at Thomson Rd and there was only one barber. He counted 28 people in my squad and made sure $56 was paid, even with 3 already visibly botak people. Lan lan suck thumb lor~ Haha..
