u gt posted to which division???

lol bro i still in that hellish camp lah, i NDP squad remember, am not looking forward to postings coz by the time i pass out all the good postings have been filled up already by the other non-ndp squads according to my fellow frens who are officers inside there.

NDP squads are considered the unlucky ones coz we stay there for 6 months similar to a regular but still receive the 300 plus salary only haix............

10 months? lol the 6 months im talking about is still considered under basic training once get posting let's say i get NPCO training another 3 to 4 more months of staying in HTA bro,

also depends on posting,if get OCT or officer course which i think a few of my squad mates will get is more worst another 9 more months so total would be 9 plus 6 = 15 months in NS life spend staying in camp for training, and then spending a few more months to ur real DIVISION and then ORD........:sian::cheeky::cheeky::cheeky:

how's that for a comparison:sian::thumb:

not sure what you mean by important.. but every interview I've been to wants to see the COS. after all, it shows ur coduct and performance during ns, as well as attendance. Im sure they'll want to think twice before employing someone who keeps on taking mc's, bad conduct, blablabla.

i think its more applicable if you're applying to govt/public sector though.

basically its ur conduct, performance, the courses you've attended, any awards received and the length of service served.

normally for guys they'll ask for COS, even in private sector. at least the interview's ive gone for request for COS. its sort of like a testimonial as to how you've performed during ns. but of course they'll look at other things la besides that. :)
