Advice on Appealing Under block parking offence

Hi any 1 out there got any exp on appealing offence parking under block.

cos i suay suay ganna 1 by my house area town concil office. not those TP, so any1 got any good idea reason so that i can use for my appealing the offence. thankz or not !50 gone

go town council tell them u wana appeal against a summon.

 

they will give u a appeal form ask write your appeal letter.

 

i appealed once successfully but was made to buy 3 months season parking.

sorry i think the fine is 150....and if successfully appeal than by paying 3 month season parking still worth it as i got 3 month parking. if just pay 150 get back nothing sia. btw u use wat reason???

hmm you can reason with them...or else maybe the 3 month parking is add on to what you have now..so from the 4th month onwards..or better, say that sth on your bike is spoilt and you went up to get parts to fix your bike etc..

write a letter saying park at msvp or open area carpark ya bike's part keep kana stolen. whats the point of paying season parking and make my bike parts lost. so i park in void deck . . ^^ anyway theres this thread teach ppl write letter de . . under Legality & Regulations Related

well my neighbour wrote in saying his ducati isnt protected by the harmful sun rays and pouring acid rain of the enviroment by parking it in the open air carpark.

 

well, i think its rubbish and so did the town council. haha

i had kanna 2 times parking under my blk and $100 fine.. both appeal successful. say rain when you come back home and you have all the electronic stuff like notebook and such so you quickly park under the blk to prevent them from getting wet...

 

but points to note

 

1, admit mistake, sound remoseful

2, indicate the reason in detail

3, seek understanding and promise not to do it again

4, be poliet and formal in the whole letter, no begging or acting too proud

I was assigned for an oversea trip by my company at the very last minute and needed to change some foreign currency at Marine Parade Central. I returned to my motorcycle shortly after 10 minutes. As I am riding a motorbike, I could not attend to my vehicle like other drivers could, and hence could not react to the situation.

 

I have my passport to verify the urgency of my oversea trip and sincerely hope that my appeal could be considered

i charge $15 =D hmm appeal b4 2 ERP fine, 2 Season parking fine, 2 open space parking fine and 1 excessive smoke fine . . only didnt manage to waived off the smoke 1 nea too niao already only extend my date half a year . .

either approach your mp to help u appeal or just pay the fine. town council ppl are very "pooh bor" 1. they are not interested in serving the residents, their primary objective is to milk as much money as they can. why do i know? they cordoned off half of my carpark for construction works and force everyone to park on dbl yellow lines, void deck etc. the drilling works so loud everyday from 8-5, weekend also no rest. try to tahan ~2 mths of this noise everyday downstairs.

 

i write in say no parking lots and they say go appeal. i and my MP appeal(1st time) and they give half price ($100). they cause the problem, they cause the inconvenience but we do the paying?

sometimes, the time and hassle of thinking what to appeal, sending the appeal letter, get rejected, wait for the next meet the MP session, send out another appeal, get it waived (depends though) isn't really worth the trouble. pay the fine, learn it the hard way and stick the summon slip on your tank to remind you not to park your bike at the void deck. just my point of view.

well for me i never buy season parking.. i just park... kena summon just pay lor... if kena once a month i earn... if kena 3x a month i lose...

i realised nowadays the summon ppl dun come late at night... they come around 8, at least that's for my area..
