nvm... its ok... next time if they go missing... we immediately take 30 min break... :) ... anyway i was checking out hotels in ko samui seems nice and good. June holiday seems to be the low season and most things should be relatively cheaper..

anyway just to test water... you all interested in going to ko samui?

I was planning a trip to Phuket in March.

So far I have a couple whois interested. Husband and wife, riding AT.

The bez part, onli need SG$500 which is considered dirt cheap for me for a 6 days trip.

 

Disclaimer: Provided u dun shop alot lah, else SG$500 not enuff.

phuket hmm.. heared its's a happening place but want to try the east of thai. C how the other part of thailnd looks like. I've hear quite a bit on koh samui and the place seems really nice... i was thinking somewhere mid of the year. "husband & wife riding AT?" whats an AT?

On average, every three days, 1 motorcyclist or a pillion die or is seriously injured in a traffic accident. Riding a motorcycle is dangerous enough. Riding recklessly is Suicidal.

Furthermore, my geduts planning Koh Samui in July.

C how lah. If July cancelled, i'll join u in June.

can enlighten me..

1. from Hatyai to Krabi,exact distance how many kilometres?

2.so just follow route 4.(once into Krabi,how do i go about?whats good and whats not.)how many kms to hotel?

3. what hotel and how much per night?How do i find this hotel once i touch reach Krabi?

4. How much you guys spend in all...petrol,hotel,phiphi island extravaganza.boat ride...exclude shoppings...

 

 

Thanks in advance...would be greatly appreciated.i got about 5hrs to make the decision...

hi bro,

 

1.around 300km more from haadyai to krabi

2.if you've reached Krabi town, the hotel very near la...maybe 10 km like that

3.The Greenery hotel we got it for 800Baht per night...we booked in advance online...u should be able to find this hotel in those small maps you get from their hotels/tourism centre

4.island trip we got it for 1150Baht per person...we book from the agency there

 

 

1 more thing = the bike insurance we got it behind Hatyai Rama hotel...cheaper

dude...you mite wanna check out New Leaf Resort located at Lamai Beach...for me thats the best and ideal place to stay...check out my multiply for the info and looks at the resort itself...

 

i went there Sept the rates like 700baht...i think they lowered it to 600baht for me that day...swimming pool,aircon,cable,hot shower,lobby,behind is the beach....next door,look for my friend Wat...he owns a bike renthal shop...you mite be able to see 3 red XR250 outside his shop..his no.081-1272-1094...his name is Wat...:thumb:

anyways...didnt really make it to Krabi...dunno why body and mind can't cooperate that day...arrived at sadao on sun morn...the queue was horrible...so just stayed Hatyai one night and left for home yesterday noon...gf have to work this wed...so dun want to rush rush...maybe this coming few months will try...

yo gang, if any of you are free and would like to spend a few cents on kopi/teh tarik instead of the usual weekends booze ;), can come down to KTM Railway Stn this Friday 11/01/08, 10pm onwards...there will be a mass gathering of tourer bikes ...notably Vara/Vstrom/Tdm...

 

pm or gimme a buzz before coming down

I juz came back from KTM. Having a gathering wif my SK Riders for our Mersing Rd Trip on 26 Jan.

 

I always lepak at KTM every Fridays wif my geduts. U'll likely to see me there bro.
