yaya. red bull nice..bull knocking on the yellow moon. u want want to consider the silver and blue background. see how it looks on your bike based on computer design.

 

u want to consider scarping the red bull and only use the knight design pointing to the front. that will be damm cool. fast and furious bike. then u can top it off with neon lights under the rear mud guard. haha

Damn cool got to figure out how to compress such a long decal. Cos once shorten, it will look like a fat spartan, yah yah probably, you're laughing and saying that i'm the same size.

i've asked him for the best price including shipping.

the other reason is tax option.

he says he will mail me by the 17th for the clarification and confirmation.

Very sad.

 

The gd news is they are more than willing to supply us the parts.

 

 

this tax option thing pop up suddenly.

Apparently, If you reach a certain amount of goods brought into SG,

1st, there's GST from our local customs.

2nd, HK might do export tax...

all is not firm yet.

 

i have never heard of this tax thing before...

ask any SBF forum spree organiser, if they heard of it..

i think its ridiculous !!

 

7% of S$200 = S$14

S$ 4000 = S$280

 

140 divide by say 12 equal share = S$23.33

i'm also pretty sure our stuff would add up to be more than 4k.

then this tax option is totally bull.

i would try to work it out..

its certainly is the first time i bought stuff over 2k at one go !!

Anyone seen this??? Its the new 2B bike from Honda, its called the Honda Tiger 200 (2009 model) apparently brought by Universal Motors only.

 

Price going at $7200 OTR

 

A few things to note:

 

1. Salesman not friendly, wonder about what will happen after you buy the bike.

2. Bike is made in Indonesia

3. So far only UM brings in the bike, so looks like only they will have the parts down the road. (hate this monopoly of spares controlled by one shop)

Had this problem when I bought a Kawasaki KLE 400 from one shop years back, needed a spare part and went back to agent and they brushed me off saying that I should go back to the shop where I bought the bike, arrogant ***holes

4. Price a little steep for a new lauch from Indonesia.

5. Stupid tyres are on 18" rims, going to have a limited variety of tyres.

6. A feeble attempt to replicate the BMW GS1200 headlights (huh, miss my BM)

 

Finally, wouldn't consider even if it is better that our CBF.

 

Bike Production is bringing it in next month and machine price is only $4500. I love free market. OTR still much lower than $7200. Tempting...

free market is good news but unfortunately, Bike Production does not have after sales services. They are more keen on sales.
