Honda steed 400 1997 top speed

I was wondering what is the maximum speed expected from Honda Steed 400 in good condition..max that I got from mine is 145 km/h (90 miles/hr) ofcourse depending on wind conditions but that was when I had the wind working for me

 

Also what is the steed performance/speed related to other 400cc cruisers?

 

I know this topic has been discussed before but to tell you the truth, I didnt get an answer to that question!! I am talking about "good condition" steeds also please try to list the production year and the clock reading.

as far as i can recall (more than 10 yrs ago) max is 130km/hr

the last I wack was 125km/hr...for about 2 mins oni...but that's just me, cause I choose to cruize

i clocked 135 but for a short while only. engine already screaming already...

eh... ok, I clocked approx. 145km/h on my dial, but my throttle's not finish yet on my 1989 worn Steed...

 

Done on a straight, clear, no traffic road(not local), with some slightly up & down slopes...

Bike's with aftermarket air filter, converted front OEM Honda Magma rim, w/o boxes. Rest is stock as it is...
