Dynojet Auto-Tune+BMC street air filter(R6 2008/2009) = $350

 

auto tune used for less than 1 month.used it less than 12hrs total.

BMC air filter juz service(wash/re-oiled) 3 weeks ago(at racewerks).

throw away/cut off da cat(catalyzer) which looks like a box at da middle of ur headers & replace it with da midpipe/y pipe to make ur bike flow better.

Bro I tink u dun waste money getting a giannelli. No resale value n the look is not nice. Sound wise not really nice if u nvr decat. Unixxxe motorsport selling at $380. Pm slize he can get it for u at a much better price n quality. Mjs midpipe.

Tink u better go double check at another shop to listen to diff opinion of other mech. The symptom tt u mention is too chim to understand. Dun tink anyone will entertain u by u saying here.

It's normal la. U muz start the bike 1st. It's not the same like class2b n 2a anymore

yup correct... the mid pipe gives u +3 to 4 HP and a much more solid sound!!

 

hi slize, i wanna ask how much the total cost for the mjs y pipe?.btw can i change the catalyzer with the y pipe first den change the slip on?..

ok the prob was one of d cylinder was nt functioning properly...As a result my bike will sound like a ducati wen i ride... n it will haf d "pom pom pom" sound wen movin n wen stationary... den after opening up d top block i cud c tt the valves were nt st8 n bend n d bush was gone...so i had to change entire head block... luckily i managed to get it at a cheap price from a forumer..haha so i save there abit...

I heard that improper valve clearance can also cause the valve stem to bend or break..

yo kai, you can do that first. You can use back the stock end can with the Y pipe.

Yupss..was told by a fren who experienced this b4.. I feel that valve clearance is also not to be taken lightly..get a trusted shop to do up..
