fit forks for project

i want to fit ktm forks to an xr 4. have forks, wheels triple clamps off a scrap 400egs etc. anyone know where can machine the steering cone and steering shaft to fit?

If the 2 steering stem diameter is different , then you will need to CNC the bottom clamp (ard $300++ to 500), buy a Stock brand new Steering stem and Machine-press the stem into the bottom clamp +labor .. total cost all in all ard $700-1000
