Route:

 

1AM : SG customs(2nd link)

3AM : Pagoh or Ayer Keroh

5AM : Seremban or Rawang

7AM : KKB/ Foot of Fraser Hill

8AM : Ascend to Fraser

 

Note: Check in will be in the afternoon due to the peak season. Unlikely to be able to check in early.

 

Things to do

1) Check your bike,brakes,tyres, oil the clutch cable/ chain. Tighten all the screws.

 

2) Bring a small bag of tools, especially the uncommon ones

Cable ties/bulbs and any other spare parts that you have.

I'll bring tire repair kit, a small jack. Any of you got a foot pump?

 

3) If you have light sticks, bring it along and tie it to your bike.

 

4) IMPORTANT : Have a good sleep in the afternoon.

 

Wear thicker clothes as it'll be quite cold riding in the middle of the night. Full face helmet, good quality jacket, gloves, boots.

Guys, there is a one way road up the hill and another one way road for coming down the hill.

 

However, be cautious as some drivers or bikers may ignore or did not realise that.

 

Roads are very winding so take extra care with the corners.

For road conditions to Fraser's Hill, contact the police station in Fraser's Hill +609 3622222.

 

There is no petrol station up in Fraser's Hill so remember to fill your tank before going uphill.

Travel up to Fraser's Hill via a 8-km one-lane road known as the The Gap.

 

Travel down by new road.

any rain??, been raining in SG alot

We're lucky, no rain on both ways though there were some very brief drizzle, though the roads were wet on Fraser. Going up Fraser in total darkness is sure different!

 

Photos from my other 2 travel mates. I didn't bring camera.
