Maybe you can enquire from the Traffic Police Dept directly. I do that occassionally just to kill the boredom if I'm on a long ride. Most Goldwingers have radio/intercom fixed to their helmets, seems legal though.

This question had been asked over and over again.

No rules governing this thus hearing music is 'fine' as long as no meddling with the device while driving/riding.

However, if its blasted it can be used as a evidence against you in any case of accident.

Ya i ride quite slowly too so should be ok. I listen to my mp3 only when I know there's a jam and also when i'll be travelling to east area (i live in the west).

 If someone confronts you for doing this, let me know, I will :gun: him upside down on the spot. People who say that it block your hearing, is utter rubbish. Even a kid know that cars are sound proof these days. Let alone listening to music in a car.

So I just want to say, it is very legal.
