Season parking need coupon meh? PREMAS fine me...

Hi guys, I was just wondering why did PREMAS fine me for not displaying parking coupon even thou I am on season parking?

 

I called them PREMAS and they said they were not updated of the parking or something and they told me to call HDB to clarify. Then call HDB told me to make a appeal fine, for what? Appeal when you are not at wrong in the first place sounds stupid right?

 

Now must take all the trouble to appeal...

appeal 100% ok. what u can do is called the company up and demand for an answer. but do it in a polite way.

i encountered this before too. i jux brought the summon ticket & my season parking ticket to the counter at town council & showed it to the recept lady. i did not say a single word & she only photocopied both the summon & season parking ticket & said i can ignore the summon although i should jux keep it for the time being. jux in case that is

indeed this is irritating. happened to me as well, in my case, it's cos the season tix is not mailed to me (or have not reached me) yet. got a summon for parking in season lot, when I had clearly renewed it online 1 day earlier.

 

waste people time and money go appeal, should make them pay for that 30min spending time to appeal something we should not be summon in the 1st place.

they did no wrong. cause let say on today at 9am you go HDB and renew your season parking ticket.. but lets say the warden come at 10am on the same day.. definately their system still not yet updated.

System not updated is not our problem isn't it? Question is, why do we have to spend the unnecessary time to do all this...

 

They should automatically know that a mistake is made, and waive it off automatically once the system is updated.

Yah, I think agree man. When I told HDB that I have season parking, they told me to appeal. 'I ask why not juz waive of the fine on the spot' and they say 'we cannot waive it off on the spot, no such system...' What else can I say then???

 

Appeal is really a consumption of time and also mentally. You cannot stop thinking of the fine even thou people say comfirm appeal can be done...

ur suppose to renew ur season EARLY

 

 

the next booking date is normally 22nd to 26th

 

 

 

 

anyway i think shld jus scan n email to them la, no need to go down personally

 

they will have an auto reply within the next few min, then u can relax liao, cos u send out the edvidence not ur problem anymore
