Riding on pavement?

I need to know how do they summon for riding on pavement?

Can they choose not to give u a notice on the spot?

 

I kena parking on pavement summon outside compass point.

I'm also quite blur, while the police was still there, i rode at the same pavement trying to go out on the other end.

 

officer blocked my way and ask if i'm riding on pavement.

i gave a blur look and after some kpkb, he signal me to go whispering duno what.

 

My qn is, can he summon me again for riding on pavement? i know he can, but will he summon and mail to me later or give me the notice??

 

secondly, if i sway sway kena riding on pavement, how much is that and any demerit points? any bros or sis kena b4?

Don't think have grounds to summon 2 x for 1 offense, because to get on and off the pavement sure must ride onto pavement one mah, unless you so "Power" can hoist the whole bike onto your shoulders, walk up the kerb, cross the grass patch and then put bike down.

 

For my Phantom. the most I can do is lift up either Rear or Front Wheel, not both wheels. And certainly not hoist the whole bike up into the air.

well.. keep ur fingers crossed.. there may be a chance that they let u off.. if they spoke to u, high chance they will get ur particulars b4 letting u go.. wait 2 - 3 weeks ba..

 

so far, i have not heard of anyone who was stopped by the police for riding up the pavement.. if there is a fine imposed, might be $70 ba.. however, i have a fren who was fined $170 for parking outside her house(she stay 1st floor)..

yah.. can appeal.. but whether will approve of not is not guaranteed.. but most of the time they wun summon u for riding off the pavement after they summoned u for parking on it.. there is another way to find out.. go to AXS machine and key in ur license plate number.. if have, it will also reflect there..

there is an offence of riding on footway.. which is same fine as parking on footway $70. . yes.. for instance now you parked on footway and got booked. the next moment you rode it off.. you still can be fined for parking and riding on footway $70 x2 = $140. if uncle sam at there.. at least push your bike off the footway la -_-
