Wow ... I am sure some bros who are reading your sentence must be laughing away ... Power abuser better than PC3???

 

If you wanna know the negative feedback... the worst it can do is that it will fry ur ECU. Search in this forum and you will find out more about power abuser.

 

Anyway, I have no grudge or anything with power abuser... and I do not want to offend their product. Ultimately, it'll be ur decision. I was like you once... wanted to add Revtec, power abuser and those so called "speed enhancer chips"(order from internet ebay) .. but after hearing what others say ... I decided not to take the risk and hurt my bike.

 

Interesting ECU fry by POWER ABUSER!!! mayb u can provide us with some info whos ECU fried. Our in-house R1 2007, HAYABUSA 2002 GSXR1000K7 & GSXR600 K5 had it installed for 2-3years. Clients using for 3 years since we launched & the bike still running with dyno-tuned on-off but never we see a case of Fried ECU. Don just listen, see it yourself. We back our products with facts & warranty. Comments in thread are posted by user at their own will from newbies to riders with years of experience.

 

Power Abuser products are NO AFC (Air/ fuel controller ie. power commander)

Riders that have use a PC2 serial - PC3 usb know its to adjust for better combustion. in order to have better gain in torque & bhp, we use ignition module to advance or retard our firing. As a power commander dealer in Singapore we din know they ever produce for 400cc. Using a 600cc PC3 on a 400cc, then as a 'ex-doing the same, ppl say can use' i will advice that pls do not attempt to try (i use a 600 PC3 on my 1000) cos that will REALLY fried your ECU!! If anyone is to do that, do make sure they are willing to warranty your ECU if its FRIED...

 

We will be glad if members can provide us feedback, if our products is not good please let us know. We want to improve ourselves to offer the best for riders, cos we too are RIDERS.

Anyway, have you done any grounding to your bike yet? Recently, I just did mine and indeed the bike throttle response is much better than before. Do not expect significant increase in power, but rather it helps the bike response to the throttle more smoother and less jerky when you're at lower gears.

First of all, I am not trying to bad mouth your product. If you have any GSR client who have installed it, you can recommend him to review your product to us so that all of us here will be poisoned and go get it installed on our bike.

 

I will not state who and where I have heard such tales about how power abuser has "harmed" their bike... but I have personally seen photos of it being dismantled and saw the internal of power abuser. Nothing much to talk about... you yourself know better.

 

Anyway, I will not start a flame war here. If breadpower insisted on installing it, it's up to his decision.

This GPS map good meh? so far what i have heard MapKing is the best for phone leh. I tried the Mapking R12 is not bad...fast respond but too bad the map never update too much. Now looking for Mapking2007...but dont know where to find free one.
