thank you Chairman Wildcard, tuned my air filter last nite and can feel the power back, in fact i find K&N not bad, more power for my bike now,

 

Tats good.

Just make sure if you do your own filter servicing / cleaning, let it dry naturally before applying the oil.

From personal experience, a filter servicing takes about at least half a day just to make sure the filter is properly dry after washing it.

 

Otherwise you get excess wet oil dripping all over your airbox.

me plan to do a chalet and bbq in december...i know its early but i need to book a good place early...if everything goes smoothly i am inviting all GSR riders to come can mix around with the new and those already riding...about the chip in ofthe food i guess if need i will tell as my dad is in FnB line so i find out...there will be drinking too...

Tats good.

No need ask shop.

Most of them will just blow dry the filter and that is a bad thing.

Blow-drying damages the cotton causes the holes to become bigger, something you dun want.

Learn to DIY. A bit leceh but very satisfying and cheap.

 

 

Go try your top end now. You may have gained a small but significant horsepower increase with a K&N filter plus proper tuning.

i guess after changing K&N, ur air ratio is higher n fuel lower thats y cannot boost anymore. good to hear ur bike is back in action again.

How? use the tube to suck?

 

Try using air tube or tube slightly bigger then put in the tank n suck lor... but remember to make the length longer so u dont need drink the coolant water.
