Guys, I have Bad news and I have good news... Bad News is R boss not ard on Friday so I have to cancel the GSS and postpone to next week. The good news more ppl with bonus payout can join us next week

urs is special edition. thats y white is still rare. but not as rare as red. anyway, ur chain tighten already?

 

 

just get wat u like. knowing all the colours will make choosing more difficult. cos the new colour scheme r beautiful.

 

 

point to note besides getting sliders n crash bar.

 

when getting a new bike, the handling, brake, tyres, posture, weight, r all different. so an advise is when getting a new ride, dun try anything funny. ride within ur capabilities cos a new bike, we dunno how the bike perform esp on street. esp for those upgrading to 2A, weight n power difference is there so that affects the handling.

 

in short, know the bike well n push it when u know its limits. n pls ride defensively.

 

 

good suspension gives good handling. good brakes gives good braking. that is the most impt to me cos they r real performance parts.

 

 

with box or panniers, they will b the guard.

 

eh, but i heard now white colour got excess stock le...red very hot-selling...blue not too bad....

agree, as with cars...people tend to do up power..but forgot..cars and bikes..only thing between us and safety is the wheels...so good brakes, good suspension most impt de...

so wat did the mech do? do share with us the details so that touchwood, we know wat to do n advise.

 

The mech open up the starter box, adjust the contact and spray something to it. I oso din find out too much, as i was rushing off. I think it is something like wat Cyrix mentioned.

 

Anyway, road along my place really bad as there are so many digging and patching. It could really be the reason, though I tried to avoid the bumpy part, sometimes can't help it if the road congested. Most car will avoid the bumpy part squeezing riders to that portion of the road. And no matter how slow u go, the vibration still quite bad. One or two days still ok, if go thru everyday can be disastrous.. i have alternative route which is longer, but will use that route..

Bro ... if the road is dangerous, try not to take it ... better to take longer and safer road than taking risks ... anyway, ultimately it's your choice ... ride safe yah!

The difference is that the 600 has more power than the 400. Price more ex. Performance better but still lose to litre bikes unlike REVO. Since u riding a S4, get a REVO. It can overtake a litre bike anytime and anywhere.

white got excess stock? i last heard out of stock. red hot selling? damn... red looks sissy... shdn't get red. but to b frank, gsr colour themes r alot better then S4 spec 3 n revo. their colour really turn off.

 

i always believe in good suspension, brake n tires r the core items to better performance. powerup comes after the core items r done.

but its unlikely that anything will come loose when riding on uneven terrain. mayb vibration is the culprit. so now u know, every now n then do check it to prevent it from happening again.

gsr 600 dun think got any 1st hand bike available. used bike section got one gsr6 on sale, dunno still on anot. low mileage n good price.
