thanks bruddder!

handle bar riser only works with an aftermarket handle bar- from what i had asked at MW..

if i'm not wrong stocks were gone within a few days of reaching our shore.. so still not sure as to whether i shld get one. price wise also not cheap.

now i'm still bending forward whenever my hands are on the grips.. (kindoff like a semi sports bike posture)

did a tyre change just today, and felt vibration much reduced.. bike felt much 'lighter' and 'sleek' on the road.. might consider removing the crash bar(engine guard) for frame slider... this should further reduce the vibrations to the handle bar at high speed of around 90-110km/h.

will update in the future if i do get those stuff..

my handle bar is stock & i using the MW riser. I remember is less than $100.

Some ppl told me hand numbness is due to vibration, but its not. Its more like yr weight pressing down on yr palm & block the blood circulation.

Maximum height to raise is 25mm anything more you need to customise you brake hose. Stock trottle cables and electrical lines will be not an issue as there's enough slack. If you change to the MW 1 should be fine.

I had the issue last time round. Confirm it's the crash bar, I had to remove every single accessories and put it back one by one to trouble shoot.

many of you here (bold'or) group using the mw bar raiser huh? :)

all like know the product they carry 'inside out'..

just to clarify one point, the maximum height the bar raiser can lift is around 25mm? actually do not mind changing brake lines if needed for better handling (if the distance can be increased to be nearer to the rider).

thanks alot for the updates on the raiser. for now after getting new tyres bike kinda like 'broken' free from the strains and handling improved.

What I mean was the maximum height to go without changing anything. Actually if you don't mind changing the front brake hose there's a 35mm riser. Will bring the handle even nearer to you. You can try out, I can't give you any answer for the 35mm. I tried the 25mm and the postition not too confortable for me so I stick to the MW one I think it's about 15mm was told by MW staff.

there's only one type of riser @ mw. went there today to get the black riser done.. didn measure whether it increases the distance from 25 or 35mm. but now the handle bar is slightly nearer and more comfortable. thanks much!

70bucks aft some discount...

i do not mind changing the brake lines in the future but didn see any other type of riser other than the black/golden one as seen in "PK Leong's" picture.

You can get the other type from other accessories shops. But if you are happy with the present one then that's fine

im looking for the Revo Bol Dor with no Auto Buang System

Frankly if you are looking for the Boldor without the ABS/CBS/LBS system, I think the present bike that you have works fine. IMHO the part FI on the new Revo is not going to make much difference in performance. Maybe will have slightly better fuel consumption but will not be much. Don't think I'll not be much faster than the present models too. Other than it has ABS/CBS/LBS....

im riding the Spec III without the head cowl. Wanted the head cowl as the head light reflector throws light way better than the round lamp.

I know that you are riding a standard Spec III. Have to agree with you on the headlight and the beam throw is better than the round headlight.

anyone know where i can buy TCX boots (previously called Oxtar). Coz i spoke to a TP at traffic light, he say he wearing Oxtar & the waterproofing is excellent. The sole also look very thick.

Chiap Lee... The one opposite LAB along Jalan Berseh. Wore this pair lasted me 5 years. Very comfortable but due to the height looking for a pair of socks will have a little constrain. But overall :thumb: :thumb: highly recommended.
