just skidded at my plc mcsp, raining and floor slippery and i must hv tap my brakes accidentally and lost the front. broke my mirrors....lucky its 954 mirror right side only. lucky got crash bar other engine casing sure scratched big time....stupid carpark.....dammit....

thks gaofar and unionbikerz, bike is ok, engine cover saved by the crash bar (definitely better than frame slider - these r more meant for fairing bikes IMO), only mirror broke, the rest ok, more scratched on the balancer tat's all.

 

now pain dare not rub it.

Another topic: today when I collect my new Bol'Dor, saw in DX a FZ plate Bol'Dor in the shop... Ask Dom what happen to that bike, was told that the owner seems not able to pay the installments and surrender the bike to the shop...

 

Think this might be a good chance to get a second-hand Bol'Dor for some of our bros here?...

Well, my bike's color is no mystery... The one and only common color... Black, black, black...

 

Still, I kinda like the color as I was washing my bike just now to give it a good cleaning and polishing... the more I look, the more I like it!... :smile:

 

I stay in Sembawang, just next to the Victory Family Centre, a new HDB flat that I just got the keys last year... for those who knows where is it...

 

Will post my pic once I can find a good spot to take the bike in it's full glory...

nuthing to do we brakes actually.... more like tyres w contact w wet floor which is slippery. must hv happen to tap brake accidentally, tyres no grip & then i lost e front loh.

How come till now only have black boldors in SG..correst me if i'm wrong, wanted to get the Red/White one but they say gotta wait... waited 2 months so ended up with black... 2nd choice though but the more i look at it the more i like it... anyone here riding the red/white one?

thats one thing i damn hate about MSCP... for cars are still okay as they have 4 wheels... you are not the only rider i heard of who skidded in MSCP...

 

thats why i go in MSCP mainly use engine brake instead...

Well bro khoo, I am actually not so old lah... still got a year shy of the big 30...

 

Anyway, may I suggest that perhaps not necessary that only bro union can try to organise a Mass Bol'Dor Meetup (MBM) but as well as other members of the Bol'Dor familly...

 

Meaning, so long as anyone of you would just put up a notice telling of a meetup at "so & so" place in this forum at least 24hrs in advance (presumably that means the next day you've already pre-planned or you're very "free and bored"...), the very act of putting up a notice in the forum is good enough to gather any Bol'Dorians who might or might not make it... This way, the efforts of getting to know each other will be significantly greater as there'll be some members might be able to make it for a particular date while some others might not...

 

Alright, topic question: may I know if the Bol'Dorians here had metal or sticker as their front vehicle no. plate... 'Cause mine is actually a metal type with double-sided tape behind it but always pop out everytime at one of its corner... So irritating that I went to a signage shop that I knew well and get them to create a sticker one for me to stick on...

Wah, away for awhle and so much happened. Sis Lass, glad to know you are alright. Bike sayang but person more important. Yup. MSCP must be extra careful cos much of it is sooth cement and hell of a easy to skid.

 

I also had an incident, a very embarassing one. Yesterday came back and decided to go for a ride downtown to buy printer ribbon. Got a bit of traffic jam so was manouvring between vehicle when suddenly the car infront stopped and closed the gap so had o stop but was in a turn so lost balance and bike lay down! sh*t! Tailboard struck truck bumper and as engine cover and exhaust got scratched! I could immediately hear Kennethy say "I told you". Now managed to polich of most of the scratch on engine cover, repray exhaust and yes Kennethy, I immediately took out the egine guards from my storeroom and installed them.

 

Now gotta go look for seven different flowers.
