Just like what TS1 suggested, get the A3 sized acrylic which costs about $4+ at Art Friend. Btw TS1, what tools did you use to cut it out?

i went to art friend to reccee the acrylic sheet yesterday...

it cost around $5plus for A3 size n the material is quite thick and sturdy.

but the question is how do i cut it and into wat shape? and just slot it in below the seat only? i saw the actual 4T runner undertray online.... we need to bend it too into shape?

I need urgent help! I was trying to remove my carb. Then, at the bottom of the carb, there are two hoses attached to it. When I managed to pull one of them, petrol starts to flow non-stop. How to remove the carb safely? Help, help!

 

Btw, I haven't cut the acrylic piece yet. Was busy figuring out how to remove the carb. Stress

a normaL industriaL cutter or big pen knife is possibLe. cut thru the same Line a few times then just break it off.

unLess u got a big oven to soften the acryLic.. its quite hard to bend the sheet. i suggest u make a tempLate out of big a3/a2 paper first.. draw the outLine n try to see if it can fit the undertray area. then paste the tempLate on top of ur acryLic sheet n cut to shape. the acryLic is bendabLe to a certain extend n can fit easiLy.

dont foLLow Like the OEM undertray La. maybe the onLy thing u can foLLow is the outLine/perimeter Line cos it fits snug. the rest.. use ur creativity to work it out. to me.. if i wanna foLLow OEM.. i might as weLL buy the reaL thing. its either u DIY a totaLLy diff Look.. which wiLL be more satisfying or buy off the sheLf.

Big bore: enLarging ur bLock n piston assembLy. giving ur bike a bigger 'heart' to pump.

 

check out aLong syed aLwi rd, desker rd n french road.. there r few shops that seLL industriaL tubings n hose. bring aLong ur fueL Line for a sampLe.get a Longer one so u can fit around the fiLter instead of over it.
