What happen to your bike?

 

Waiting for minor overhalt+ top overhalt+ oil change.

 

Last time is the Gas travel into the water, now water go into the chamber. So need to change gasket le........

 

Was thinking just live with it. But engine getting harder and harder to start as days goes by. So now waiting for my que number to down engine.

 

Things to change......

2 x gasket(alum and rubber)

4 x valve seal

1 x water seal

1 x Up size Piston:angel:

4 x valve seat

 

DIY

Horning of block

Port and polish of head

Grinding of valve

 

 

After this overhalt....

 

Red Bulb officially become 208cc scooter...... :cheeky:

 

Anyone wanna sponser Red bulb engine rebuilt????

bike down??? oh no, wat happen??

 

Gasket burnt off and water enter the chamber, causing the spark plug to get wet.

Every week need to top up a little water.....:sian:

Prawning Event + Briefing for Kuantan Trip

Date : 8 Oct 09 (Thu)

There got makan , drink and beer .

Pawning is $30 / 3 hours

and free parking

I_Ride_A_Bike: to those going for the 1st time, after you turn left into the entrance from Sin Min Avenue, there will be a choice of either a left or right paved road to take. take the right one heading towards the 'zi char'/prawning area. not do go left. or else you will park "far far" and walk "far far" to reach the meeting location... hope this helps...

Too bad you never see my new piston......

 

Polish till mirror surface........

 

I don`t really like my mech de polishing skill, therefore i hand on.

 

Hand on get to know your bike. Just in case while touring, you need to take out something to replace.

Or another mech try to con you this spoilt, that spoilt.

today just know what is cmi from miralcle in fb. :D

 

is always good to hands on, that's where we learnt how to service our bikes...

 

and also good to hands on XXXXXX [whatever you can think of] :D

 

 

from miracle, you learn the defination of cmi?
