after hours of studying how to get it working...

my route to school! at 33.7km long it is a little long-winded, compared to the shortest possible route of 26.7km... but this is the fastest route in my opinion... :cheeky:

cut by bukit timah road actualy safer... AYE now everyday accident

 

I ride only for 1 or 2km on the AYE... depending on whether I exit keppel road or telok blangah road... so... :smile:

if u hv a bike, y dun u go by bukit timah road? i dun see any obstacle on that road...

 

in fact i saw u a few times on PIE exit clementi lor...

bukit timah road...? too many traffic lights... too many potential tp sniping spots... to reach there I have to use either PIE or ECP...

 

as for PIE... lane splitting early in the morning make concentrating in class more difficult... jams start at bedok and end at BKE...

ya ya... i just telling u i saw u many times along PIE only lo... and u always follow a vehicle closely, u never split lane one... one day i snap ur pic show u... hor...

Nothing to be proud of or in need of broadcasting lah.

But essentially its due to a bad knee, tailbone and surgical plates in my leg due to some unfortunate incident some years back.

Far from the end of the world, but some of these dont heal well.

 

So while its easy to say straight to cambodia in jest, in reality, its basically a test of how long a ride can these broken and rehealed joints take.

So far, so good. And I am happy to leave it as that.

 

Hence, a small step at a time. :)

 

Intentions ah? Hope to ride further up soon, if the Cameron trip goes well.

Capability ah? Bike is ok. But human parts need further conditioning.

 

Why so many years then tour ah?...the answer is in there. But at least better late than never. :angel: Every trip to and back home is kind of a achievement.

For you hardcore guys, its nothing lah. But it meant something to different people.

frm wat i see... u hv a nice n veri good bike... no issue abt the bike, it wont breakdown even u ride bumpy to cambodia or laos...

 

and if u worry abt offroad to there... perhaps a malysia (maybe north like to gerik) is ur good choise, it will be a veri good memory for u n ur gf to experiece tt trip (read my blog),, cos me n my 3some partner koh been there n love it... and slowly, u can venture out to thai...

 

yes... body... need time to heal... reckon that... road is long man

 

but in the end... it is how many $$$ u hv n the days u can go only... alot of able body wont go far like u...

 

good for ur spirit man :thumb:
