sorry for the late reply man, about the vespa, i was thinking of just 'zhenging' a PX200 with some nice crashbars and stuff, there's someone selling a cream white sprint in garage sales, that sort of look.

about getting a bike before NS.. cannot la, since sec 3 i already want to ride bike alr, if i wait till after army posting then ride, i'm gonna go crazy in BMT haha

but i'll probably be realistic and get a resellable bike like a NSR or something.

yups px200 sounds like a good choice :)

pretty cheap as well..

NSR is also nt bad.. there is a contact demand and supply of them as well..

ur studying fsv at NP ?

for me no update. sianz u-turn 3 times already. i tot 3rd time sure pass becos inst say not bad. but suddenly when returning book inst said filter lane i go in too late. 3 lines consider late meh?!.. if i too near kerb oso canot..

so wat if im the only one 3 times and the rest 5th time and above. and then only i fail. the guy infront of me so lucky. he actuali wobble + wide turn but inst was lookin at the traffic not him. haizz..

i think i stop for 1-2 wks. everyday go bbdc so sianz. :sian:

Just be steady when you do your U-Turn. The control of the clutch and throttle (maintain) is the about the same like when you are on the plank! You have to look far (aim the middle of the lane). Be daring when executing the U-turn!

Immediately after the U-turn, throttle and quickly change up the gear and change lane. As for filter lane changing lane... I think it's because your bike is not parallel with the yellow line. Therefore, it's presumed that the lane changing is late. After all, the instructors are stationed at a distance....

:goodluck: and don't give up! Jia You! Patience is key to learning!

PS: It took me 4 times to pass and to execute the U-turn well!

Biking is something that everyone can learn and enjoy! :goodluck:

What the tester is looking for in ur ride is CONFIDENCE and execution of techniques without hesitation. dont be afraid to open throttle and close at the right times.

Sometimes depend on the instructors la.

Theres this short guy wearing spec named something Lim.

Forgot already.

But each prac i took with him.

He'd point out ur mistakes and u'd actually think u failed but he still passes you in the end.

Very lenient guy.

And then got some so strict as if i'm dating their daughter.

get RXK :)

let me tempt u with some nice modded RXKs :)

haha

cheap and good.. theres on selling for $700 in garage.. super buy !!

its safer den vespa cos wheels are bigger, and uses front disc instead of vespa's drums which are famous for locking up wheels meaning u will lose control of the bike when ur wheel lock..

i also like vespas actually but decided to go for RXK.. never really regret to be honest..

I actually did get an RXK then changed..long story..those who knows me knows why.. :weep:

Waves and Sparks come stock by kicking down to shift a gear up.

Nothing to do with racing gear. :cheeky:

i know..his is really racing gear and totally opposite from ours..its just opposite of whatever I know :giddy: thats what gives me the creeps when I try his..cuz I've rode spark and x-1..np at all (: :thumb: btw yamaha cubs are nice :bouncefire:

Ps: back from long week of internet disconnection..

huh? stock spark (kup kia) gear system is already different from ours. (kick down means up gear and kick up means downgear - referring if u use e front and not e back thingy to kick)

but seriously.. to term it racing gear? tat shouldn't be correct.

Hello! Anyone taking TP test on 16th April? I'm really worried about the test! When I did my RC, I made mistakes that I've never made before... that gets me worried man!

Do you guys have any tips for the test?
