So kanchiong, during figurte 8 i footed. aiyaaaa during warm up ok ma, very tension leh. Hope to book again for 5.02 haiz... sum more my RTT almost expiring in 3 months time.

I kinda suck @ my plank and just failed by 5.02 yesterday. Cause 5.02 only allow 1 practice round before circuit evaluation, should i take 1 or 2 more RC before my 5.02 or just keep taking my 5.02?
