the quota thing we really cant say if its true or not cos its all hearsay. i would say they would not fail the younger ones becos of age but of course they expect a certain level of proficiency and they are quite strict on 2b takers.

I need to rephase my question 1. Can i use footbrake when i go from standstill when turning to control my bike? One example is when turning left from foot of slope.

Guys, can anyone enlighten me if i can do the above? Thanks.

By the way for those who failed TP like me, move on. No use being unhappy but concentrate on improving for the next TP.

why would u brake when moving off? its quite slow if u move off from standstill, unless u whack the bike..? lol :D

to gain better control of the bike while turning, grip the tank tightly and ensure eyepoint is aimed at where u intend to travel.

if u brake while trying to move off= not enuff power, bike wobbles/ jerks/ stall.

simply halfclutch and throttle, release slowly and....

baby, u're my love..

True. As i am thinking with footbrake better control. Thanks.

start fast up onto the plank. grip tank tightly with thighs and look forward. control speed once on plank by applying foot brake. spread ur hands and only use ur hands to adjust the handle bar. dont slant body left or right as u will drop...

to do burnout? while i was riding ytd, a taxi beside me trying to do "burnout" because he accelerated with his brakes (probably hand brake cuz it's an auto car) not fully release thus causing a loud screeching sound.

If there is quota hor, i think the quota will be Per Test day instead of Per Test month... Eg: Max 70% of students can pass per day instead of Max 70% can pass per month...

Ha, but its all hearsay, the only way to really find out is for ALL students who taking bike test plot a graph of the date of their TP againts the number of passes.. that way we'll be able to find out if its really true that more students will fail towards the end of the month and eventually will find out if quota exist.

Ha, but its too much work gathering all bikers la...
