Anyway...different bikes have different way of handling...just take time to get used to it?

Recently weather is crazy...take care while riding.

Yesterday a van cut me at traffic junction then suddenly stop in front of me right after the junction...almost knock onto the van. Slowed down in time to lanesplit pass the van.

Usually such things happen so fast I don't even have time to horn.

 

Yeah things are like that so I don't weave in and out of vehicles, keep centre of lane like a car, try to be in staggered formation with the traffic and keep a safe following distance.. And I'm used to being taunted by scramblers on the road doing wheelies when moving off to show off.. Lol

the game so boring. i was half asleep for most parts of the match. but credits to algeria who held england. confirm alot of people lost money on that game.

world cup really revolutionary this time round man. All the unexpected things happen. I think Germany got the wrong referee lol.

And England is sad, people are judging them from EPL, but have to take into consideration that teams in EPL are using alot of star players from OTHER COUNTRIES.

 

Anyway, finally went for my Defensive riding course today. First half was like just listening to the instructor talk.. kinda sian.

 

The practical part also normal only.. doing bends and corners and experience skidding. That's all.

 

And my cornering totally sucked LOL. So not used to the streetbike man. Forgot about the leaning angle and the weight of the bike seemed so different (feels so light after riding a TA200 till now)

You riding sports bike, should get a full face too...more protection. Some more now offer.

Defensive riding leave it till go army...free! Or go first then claim from army when you enter.

I bought hjc ff helmet. Haven't used for riding yet, don't think will be any difference in hotness. But...it definately adds to the coolness factor!

So, was the defensive riding course useful? and how much is it?

 

Defensive riding basically teaches you how to control your bike better.

Since the school is using streetbike, it'll teach you how to use it to negotiate corner and different leaning method.

They will also let you try to jam brake and skid and experience how it feels like.

 

cost $50+ but if in army, can claim ~ Though our dear saf will take approx 3mths before they process your claim LOL.

 

Riding is an expensive hobby. Still got alot of things not yet gotten man. And it's sucking my money out
