squeaking happen to mine after a bike wash or in the rain.

i ask bike shop, they say it is because either ur brake pad finish or pad has harden(other give opinion plz) or brake drum clogged with brake dirt(my thinking)

We’re doing this on:

Date: Saturday, Jan 23, 2010

Time: 2 pm – 3 pm

Venue: Inside Green (Food Court at Botanic Gardens, located

next to Botanic Gardens’ entrance, the one facing

Try AXA @ 1800 880 4741 , call them for quote.

I bought when i was 21+, no exp, 3rd party, $400 under bike shop... if not even cheaper.

IIRC,

18-21, high

21-29, medium

30-XX, low

Heng ah... mine belongs to the low category.

How time flies...

Big is certainly a warning but small can be downright scary! Never underestimate the effectiveness of small.

Yup, it just the rusty portion of the brake drum. It will go away after a while of riding. :thumb:

it could be its the joints or bolts(moving parts) that need lubrication.... i use wd40 to spray occasionally.... side stand and stuff as well...

I only scared front brake lock... my first accident involved front brake lock on white-painted strip(stock tires).

Using Hel line and battlax now but still scared.(first accident trauma)

ur front dont eat? try changing brake fluid?

BTW, for those who change front brake pad b4, what colour is urs?

My blue colour... a Mac colleague say only red is original...

i thought all pad suppose to be metal colours only?

apply only to the joints/moving parts/levers...

Engine oil once exposed to air will deteriorate over time (i think it's 6 months). By the time it deteriorate, put in engine also quite useless liao.

I dont plan to put into my engine...

I just kept it as emergency lube.(joint, hinges @ home, etc etc...)

wat u shld do is... first... meet up with squarebox, borrow wd40 and spray on e MOVING JOINTS... and see if it still squeaks.... if it doesnt, problem solved. (CAREFUL DONT LET IT DRIP on ur TIRES)

if it does den go to the mech to change ur pads.... (but guys, does drum brake squeek like e brake disc when worn?? i dont really noe abt drum brakes tbh...)

my brake pad material is silver in colour, nissin brand.... btw, all tires suck on the white painted strip be it stock/ race/ touring tires.... nth sticks on that white piece of crap... so best is to avoid em!!!
