Hi guys, I'm new here in this forum. I'm riding Wave S. I have a fwe enquiries which I hope all kind souls in here will be able to assist.

1.) From which shop can I get the Leo Vince end can? And can it be fixed on standard footrest?

2.) My front brakes seems to be not working as normal, I need to apply a lot of pressure to brake. I've changed the brake reservoir, fill with new fluid but problem persists. What else should I checke or change?

3.) I'm using a Gazi back suspension with canisters. Do the canisters need to be serviced?

4.) I realised my fc is getting worse. I used to able to ride from Jurong to Punggol to and fro twice before hitting the last bar but now, to and fro will hit last bar already. I've checked and there is no leak. What could be the issue?

Thanks in advance guys....

1) i dont noe totally.

2) did u bleed after u changing ur brake resrvoir? or just top up?

3) i think u might as well change a new suspension rather den service even if it can be serviced. coz its not cheap to service e suspension. but if for transport... seriously dont care lar...

4) type of tire, tire pressure, how much u throttle makes a difference. if the difference is really HUGE, den probably piston wear.... my sp used to go 220km.. but suddenly 160km.... anyway my wave is doing 40km/l like tat.... some can get 45km/l.... so how "bad" is urs?

Life is not the amount of breath u take, but the moments that take ur breath away.

1) g max or unique

2) how bout using steel braided hose

3) if its leaking-if its not then heck care-

4) like nightphantom mention- can be due to many factors-

tyre pressure, tyre size,ur weight, box, how u open the throttle, how fast u riding thru-out,carb dirty, piston wear will also decrease ur speed from the normal 120km/h,u can only get around 90-100km/h no matter how hard u try- etc. etc.

1.) From which shop can I get the Leo Vince end can? And can it be fixed on standard footrest? no point if it for transport purpose. waste $$

Your front brake level pump might need serving. If really cost around $30++

3.) I'm using a Gazi back suspension with canisters. Do the canisters need to be serviced?

Change a new after market after 2 to 3 year will be cheaper than servicing.

Get your carb wash & tuning . how long haven't you do it? need to service a least 1 per year. there might be other factor too that they had mention.

Big is certainly a warning but small can be downright scary! Never underestimate the effectiveness of small.

Isn't that jerk normal? Try adjusting ur idling speed lower, if possible.

Yesterday was the worst day in my life.

Hit car @ 6.15 @ 20+km/h??(never fly nor drop bike). - settled for $150 (suffer sore shoulder and thighs.)

Kena Tankslapper(wobbled my entire lane) @ 9.35 along TPE. Almost lost it but managed to muscle it out.

Scary like hell. imagine high-side @ 80+km/h.(travelling @ 80-90km/h)

Kena 2nd Tankslapper(smaller) @ CTE @ 9.40, managed to muscle it out again. (travelling @ 60+km/h)

TP stop me @ CTE @ 9.45 - Ask me to remove tinted tear-off($10).

Yet to sent bike for repair...

Tankslapper highly caused by misaligned fork due to accident?

Wa lau ae.... how come the 1st tankslapper (though i dont know what vehicle is this, but it sound like hugh) and the 2nd so close in timing (5 mins) together? Muscling it out means the bike got stuck underneath?

TP must have stop u bcoz u kena the 2nd tankslapper, not?

Ride safe, Bro!

All kups' forks are very "weak" bcoz they are only mounted at 4 points unlike normal bikes mounted at 6 points. Once drop, tends to misalign. I spent $400 over just to rebuild my SparkZ110 forks previously - totally waste of money. Hope yours is not so bad, SB.

Tankslapper - is when ur bike suddenly lose it's stability and the handlebar swing left and right faster and faster till u crash.

just search tankslapper on youtube. The video will scare you enough without experiencing it.

$400 just to align back?

My forks are not leaking which means it's not bend?

1.) GMax, Unique or Funmaster. Hmmm...What Raven say is correct actually. My purpose to get the end can is just for the brapping sound only, not for track use even, kekeke. Thanks Raven for the reminder :)

2.) I never bleed the brakelines before, maybe I can try changing to steel braid.

3.) Hmm no leakage so far. I have used it for around 2 years already. I guess no problems to it, jus that sometimes when i make a turn, the back tends to wobble even without anything inside my box.

4.) Wooo its been donkey months since I service my carb and tune it. In fact, this bike has been overhauled before. Could that be a factor too?

Thanks in advance to everyone here. All your solutions given are really appreciated.

OIC  Pardon my ignorance, man....

But tankslapper at 60kmh? That's weird, bro.... o_O When TS-ing @ 60kmh, cannot brake ar?

I kena once when my MBX125 piston jammed and it TS-ing so bad that even my vision also blur, crash along KJE back many years ago.

What causes it? Road super uneven? U r scaring me, man. :(

$400 for a new set of bracket with the steering rod, cone, bearing, forks (the chrome section), seals, etc. Only the fork housings sent for re-condition. Still it cannot be straight.

Forks not leaking but do check the top part of the chrome part of the forks if they are bend.

Same here, just for the brapping sound, not even for the look of it. :cheeky:

now if a brake hard, the bike will fall right... alignment gone totally..

worst part if the frame is bent 0.0000000001 degree off = unfixable...

Now i have almost no faith in small bikes anymore...

tires are crap, brake are crap, suspension are crap...

safety is compromised..

Now i have a few choices after fixing bike:

1) Trade in for another wave (transport)(transfer LV)

2) Trade in for cbr150r (transport)(bigger tank and can go touring)

3) Trade in for DRZ (weekend) (stop riding on weekdays)

4) Trade in for FZ1 (weekend) (stop riding on weekdays) (end of year)

1)scared liao

2)most pocket friendly (cant mods)

3)most fun and pocket unfriendly(unlimited mods).

4)vacation every weekend.
